Customer Reviews:
I love it, this is the best cookbook holder!
I just received this cookbook holder couple days ago. The design is quite simple but it does the job. My husband bought one made of stainless steel several years ago and we rarely use it because it keeps tipping over. This one is great, very durable, great looking. So glad I found it at Amazon. The only complaint I had is the shipping charges.

Fantastic Cookbook Holder
This is great. It holds multiple cookbooks, or just one. The back stand can be moved into the different grooves to allow for less or more room on the stand. The clear cover is big enough to cover most cookbooks. I am really happy with this purchase.

Excellent quality product
Previously I had one of those clear acrylic holders that acts like a sandwich, where you put the open book in between two sticking up parts of the acrylic. It worked fine, but you had to be careful when removing thick books, since it could damage the book. I gave it away so decided to upgrade when getting another. I upgraded to this one, and for anyone who can afford to upgrade, I think this jumbo size holder is worth it. You actually have some control over the degree the book leans back, and it's very sturdy. I can't see that this one could damage a cookbook in any way. I just got it so don't know if it'll last, but it looks well made and sturdy. I just bought Mastering the Art of French Cooking, so I immediately tried out my new book in my new holder, and voila, a perfect fit. It came packaged carefully, so no scratches or bending of the acrylic. This is a good useable addition to anyone's kitchen. I love it. (But if you can't afford this jumbo one, the acrylic sandwich-type works well enough.)

What a great idea for your school project. Good Luck with your book. I love to bake but haven't attempted the wheat/gluten free aspect. I'll be looking for you to get published. (Don't know your name but suspect I might recognize the title.....) ;o) Hey...if you use it, sell a lot of books and get famous for your recipies....do I get Royalties???? ;o)

How long should I cook baked potatos at 325 degrees?

kimmer727 answered:
Baked potatoes will take a least one hour at 325 degrees. I would recomment 1 hour 15 minutes to be safe.
Spec321 asked on Mar 01, 2010:

I'm looking for a specific recipe/cook book, have u seen it?

ckngbbbls answered:
Without the name of the book, you may be out of luck.
If the cookbook was published as a fund raiser for a church or civic group, the cover could be almost anything they chose.
Even so, with the thousands of cookbooks published over the years, you need to offer more information.
