Customer Reviews:
Very good product
I bought this product to try to produce better "French" bread than breadmaker can. I was really surprised, that it worked even the first time and every time. The baguettes are excellent with nice and crunchy crust.
I have only one minor problem - most of the time my amount of dough is bit too much and while I was looking for somehow larger size of this pan, I did not find one which would be suitable for me. Either pan for 4 loaves or little bit longer would fit me better.
But as it is, it is one of the few kitchen appliances which works better than expected.

Well Made
Used it today and made a world of difference, no more flat bottomed baguettes and crispy all around. Not clear in the photos but does not have a flat bottom just the side rails. Lightweight but very well made. Oiled it and my bread popped right out when done. good product.

works great
The pan works great for making baquettes. Just make sure to likely coat it something non-stick (PAM, oil, shortening). The only thing that would make this better would be if it was larger to hold one more loaf.
