Customer Reviews:
works great
This product is great--nothing sticks--cleans off easily. Only thing, it feels strange to the touch. It reminds me of the goopy toy my kids had--slime or something. Definitely would buy again-a different size for a smaller pan.

Great for bakers!
Just ordered a 2nd one of these as I have been baking more. They are great for baking anything that may stick to regular parchment paper or oven pan. I also use them as a working pad for shaping cookie or bread dough, which is why I needed a 2nd one. Since when I am rolling out the dough, I need the 2nd pad to place them. My only problem with them is when cleaning after baking, even though the bread or cookies do not stick to them, they tend to leave the grease on them and you need to use plenty of detergent to rinse it out. (or maybe I am just lazy w/ cleaning... )

FOOTBALL SEASON is upon us, and whether you're cheering for the Niners, joining the Raider Nation, or shrieking "Give 'em the ax, the ax, the ax" at the Cal-Stanford Big Game, sustenance is essential. More than 35 million Americans think so, anyway.

That's the number of football fans who fire up their grills in stadium parking lots from coast to coast — according to the American Tailgaters Association — and mix their gridiron enthusiasm with a hankering for friendly, casual cuisine.

The trick to successful tailgating — the kind that's fun for guests and cooks alike — is doing most of the work ahead of time, says Guy Fieri, the spiky-haired host of Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."

The Santa Rosa chef and his film crew were spotted on the Raiders sidelines recently, enjoying some football action and filming scenes for his next tailgate show, which will air Feb. 10. Fieri is, after all, something of a tailgate expert, and last year's pregame episode is still a popular download on the Food Network's Web site.
